High purity synthetic quartz materials have extremely high transmittance in the deep ultraviolet region, and can be processed through special techniques to improve UV radiation resistance and extend the service life of corresponding quartz optical components. Therefore, they have a wide range of applications in the field of semiconductor optics. Through continuous optimization of the synthetic quartz process, we are able to prepare quartz with better refractive index uniformity, extremely low stress birefringence, and UV radiation resistance, meeting the stringent requirements of semiconductor optics and service life.
