Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research, management, and analysis on the market information and competitor information of high-purity quartz thermal conductive materials, in order to increase the market share, sales volume, and sales revenue of metal based composite thermal conductive materials products.

2. Sign contracts with customers, achieve sales targets, supervise payment collection, and improve accounts receivable turnover.

3. Supervise contract execution, cooperate with after-sales service, and ensure business stability;

4. Contract and agreement preparation, shipping instructions, sales ledger;

5. Receive user visits, factory inspections, training, etc;

Job requirements:

1.3-5 years of sales experience in quartz materials and semiconductor equipment

2. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science and engineering (inorganic non-metallic materials)

3. Have more than 2 years of experience in new market development

4. Able to adapt to high-intensity national business trips

Job Responsibilities

1) Lead or participate in the platform capacity building in the field of quartz detection, and participate in the construction and optimization of research and development systems/systems/processes

2) Based on the quartz research and development work plan, carry out the research and optimization of quartz detection technology

3) Participate in the development of quartz product grading indicators to ensure reasonable and standardized product grading

4) Participate in the development of quartz testing methods to ensure standardized and accurate testing of quartz products

5) Responsible for developing internal testing procedures to ensure the quality of quartz product testing

6) Responsible for testing equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring that the equipment is in a controlled state

7) Responsible for writing and publishing three-level documents such as equipment operation process specifications

8) Responsible for equipment internal and external calibration management

9) Responsible for completing internal and external audits

10) Participate in the construction of internal process system

11) Guide and train assistant engineers and testing technicians

12) Responsible for training relevant personnel on quartz testing

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, major in optical engineering or related fields, proficient in using software such as CAD/Zemax, English proficiency level 4 or above

Job Responsibilities:

one Responsible for managing the entire process of R&D projects, collecting requirements for various sub R&D projects, project initiation, design review, arranging R&D leaders to write documents during small and medium scale trials, and presiding over project acceptance work;

two Responsible for the progress management of delivery projects, regularly organizing meetings to report to leaders, promoting project progress, and ensuring delivery completion;

three Coordinate with the company's business development department, complete external R&D project and government project coordination, and prepare application documents for the quartz company;

four Assist the R&D chief engineer in managing the patent related work of the entire quartz company;

five Responsible for the management review and document writing of various system audits in the R&D department;

six Responsible for the CNAS certification management of the testing center, assisting the R&D chief engineer in managing the CNAS testing center;

seven Responsible for document and archive management in the R&D department;

eight Complete other tasks assigned by the R&D department manager and the R&D chief engineer.

Job requirements:

1. Good physical health and upright conduct;

two Bachelor's degree or above from a 211 university or above, majoring in materials science, optics, or related fields of science and engineering;

three CET-6 or above, with good English reading ability;

four A master's degree requires at least three years of relevant experience, while a bachelor's degree requires at least five years of relevant experience.
